Boba's Bag – Custom Size
The Albertan theme: Cow skulls, wild roses and Ukrainian patterning on a custom bag shape. I kept the patterning black so it's a bit hard to make out in the photo, look closely.
At Eulalee Leather we are open to designing new bag shapes for your specific needs. Here I am planning for a new design my client, Boba. She wanted a bag 6" x 4", something a bit smaller than I normally do. She also wanted a divider in the bag and a small pocket.
Cow Skull Symbolism: Cows are highly respected and treated as sources of life across cultures. The cow skull pays homage to what was, the fruits of life and are an emblem of mortality. Protection from all natural elements, strength, courage and death.
Wild Rose Symbolism: A powerful symbol of passion. It is associated with Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty and love, who is often portrayed with a crown of roses on her head. Also a symbol of balance and new beginnings. It is contrasted by thorns symbolizing defence and loss. The wild rose brings an open simplicity to these traits.
Made with an adjustable strap. Hand carved, tooled, dyed and assembled in Vancouver, BC by Joren Eulalee. This bag is made to age; crafted with a hand selected leather hide stainless steel hardware.
